people who’ve seen you at your worst, know all your secrets and may have put you in
time out in the past aren’t always the best workplace conditions. Vandana Aggarwal,
Vice President of Operations at Aggarwal Real Estate, her family’s commercial real
estate investment and management firm, brings her perspective on the dynamic. The
Norcross-based enterprise manages 50 shopping centers and other properties primarily
in the Southeast.
Aggarwal emphasized their focus on community, long-term property management, and
hosting community events. She also highlighted their involvement in nonprofit work,
particularly in India, and her role as a mentor at Georgia Tech as well as her
commitment to mental, physical and spiritual wellness.
